Attention Ladies and Gentlemen~
April at the Vice
If you haven’t heard the word, April Vokey will be at Boyne Mountain in Boyne Falls, MI on Friday November 9, 2012 for a ‘Meet & Greet’ from 4 pm- 7 pm.
She is doing a quick little midwest tour this week after a few stops in southern Michigan and a couple shops in Ohio, the good guys over at Boyne Outfitters convinced her to grace the Tip of the Mitt with her presence and engage us with her valuable West Coast Steelhead knowledge and expertise.

This makes it the perfect opportunity to check out the fly shop at Boyne Mountain, if you haven’t done so yet, and a chance to have Ape field a few questions from the Great Lakes Chrome Angler. If you haven’t met or have any background on her history or great adventures, here is a little video that pretty much captures it all for me: April.
I hope to see you there, and tell a few of your friends. I have a crazy idea, most of these ‘events’ are merely Tools Conventions … let’s show April how many anglers we have of the female persuasion in Northern Michigan.
